Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens to your information when you use the contact form on this site, run by Muhammad Hashim Razi ("I", "me").
What I collect
When you submit the contact form, I collect exactly three things: the name, email address, and message you type in. Beyond that, my hosting and database providers retain their own logs for security purposes by default. If you accept the cookie banner, the services listed under Analytics and advertising also collect information about your visit; if you decline, none of them load.
How it's stored
Submissions are stored in a Supabase (PostgreSQL) database. The form connects directly to that database using a public, restricted key that can only insert new messages — it cannot read, edit, or delete existing ones. Only I can read submitted messages, using a separate administrator key that never appears in this site's code.
Why I collect it
Solely to read and respond to your message. I don't use your name, email, or message content for marketing, or sell it. A copy is emailed to me through Resend, an email-delivery service, purely so I see new messages without having to check the database — Resend does not use it for anything else.
Analytics and advertising
Nothing in this section runs unless you accept the cookie banner. If you do, this site loads:
- Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic patterns: which pages get visited, and roughly where visitors come from.
- Meta (Facebook) pixel, TikTok pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag — advertising trackers. They tell those platforms that you visited, let me measure ads, and let those platforms build advertising audiences. If you have an account with them, they may connect your visit to it.
- Microsoft Clarity — records how pages are used, including replays of mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling. Clarity's default masking is left on, which hides the text you type from those recordings.
None of them receive the name, email, or message you submit through the contact form — only Resend does, to deliver that one notification (see above). These are all third-party services with their own privacy policies, and they may process data outside your country.
Cookies
Accepting the banner allows cookies set by the services above, including advertising cookies from Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Declining loads none of them, and nothing loads before you choose. Your choice is remembered in your browser, and you can change it at any time:
